A: YES! Although was launched as a Canadian based company catering exclusively to Canadians, we are now testing out a new system for U.S. Shipping and started to accept orders from the United States. Although the U.S. States have not been integrated into our checkout page, you can order these products to the U.S. by clicking on U.S. Shipping from our main menu on the top of our site and following the 3 easy steps listed on that page. This 3 step process is only temporary until we have fully tested the U.S. shipping rates and integrate them into our checkout and cart pages.

Q: Why can’t I group all my orders and pay only once for shipping?

A: Some products that we feature have a fixed shipping rate per item while other items use dynamic calculated shipping rates based on the quantities, dimensions and weights. We may charge a unique shipping fee for each item ordered. This is how we can guarantee the best possible price on each and every one of our deals.


Q: How do I return an Item?

A: Before returning an item, you will need a Return Authorization Number or RA Number. Before applying for a RA # you need to read our return policy carefully and see if you qualify for one.
